Our whole lives on this planet is a testing ground, a time of preparation and we are being prepared for eternity.
At the beginning of our creation we were created to live forever. In the garden of eden we had access to the tree of life. However because of sin that access was cut off: Gen 2:9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Gen 3:22 And Jehovah God said, Behold, the man has become as one of Us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put forth his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever, Gen 3:23 therefore Jehovah God sent him out from the garden of Eden to till the ground from which he had been taken. Gen 3:24 And He drove out the man. And He placed cherubs at the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life. Man’s choice to sin caused death to enter into the equation, whereas before then it was not there. Our choices have consequences and the consequence of sin is death: Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. However God is so gracious that he provided a way back to him through his son, but he still left the choice up to us and this is why our lives are a testing ground and preparation for eternity. Our greatest test in our lives is to defeat ourselves, our own impulses and urges to do what is wrong. The reason why this is our biggest challenge is because we will always find reasons to justify our actions and if we are charismatic enough, we can get people not only to believe us but also to follow us into those same mistakes. This is the origin of all false religion. The power behind the truth is that the truth causes freedom and not bondage; it causes people to feel liberated and not held back. It does not place a weight on your shoulders but it lifts the weight off of your shoulders. This is why Jesus says: Joh 8:32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. And he also said: Mat 11:28 "Come to me, all of you who are weary and loaded down with burdens, and I will give you rest. Mat 11:29 Place my yoke on you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. Mat 11:30 For my yoke is pleasant, and my burden is light." Our choices in this life will cause us to either be prepared for eternal life with Jesus or eternal death away from the presence of God which culminates in the lake of fire: Rev 19:20 The beast was captured, along with the false prophet who had performed signs on its behalf. By these signs the false prophet had deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped its image. Both of them were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur. Rev 20:10 and the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet were. They will be tortured day and night forever and ever. Rev 20:11 Then I saw a large, white throne and the one who was sitting on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and no place was found for them. Rev 20:12 I saw the dead, both unimportant and important, standing in front of the throne, and books were open. Another book was opened-the Book of Life. The dead were judged according to their works, as recorded in the books. Rev 20:13 The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and all were judged according to their works. Rev 20:14 Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. (This is the second death-the lake of fire.) Rev 20:15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire. Our lives are all about choices and our choices help to prepare us for our final resting place, our ultimate Sabbath. When Joshua was speaking to Israel, he said made a very profound statement and it is a statement I will leave with you: Jos 24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. Parallel Principles Most people if you ask them why they are building their Reliv business, they will tell you it is because ultimately they want to be financially free. Now depending on how true that is, this will govern their choices. However there is a disconnect between what people say and what people do. To truly want to be free is a strong emotion, one that causes massive action and starts with the truth about a person’s current situation and an understanding of what will happen if nothing changes. The truth really does set you free: it frees you from excuses, it frees you from procrastination it frees you from moaning because you understand that when you go through things it is just part of your testimony and without a test all you have is the moanies! In our business we are going to face many challenges, but it is going to be our choices when we are facing these things that will determine whether or not we succeed or fail. We are being prepared for financial freedom with good character, however if you choose to fail and failure is a choice, then you will be back on the same road of financial hardship you were on before you joined. I will make a similar statement to Joshua as it pertains to our business: “If it seems evil to you to work your business and build towards financial freedom, choose you this day, whether your job, which you are doing right now or the other business opportunities that try to entice you away from Reliv or the all the nah Sayers, that talk negative about either Reliv, Nutrition or the Network Marketing industry: But as for me and my wife, we will build our business, with God at the centre.” ******************************************************* Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor www.team-visionarys.com ******************************************************

Every single person that calls themselves a Christian and is truly converted, it is because they have had a revelation, a revelation that caused a drastic change in them. That revelation came after hearing the gospel message and that revelation was:
“I am a sinner and I need a saviour and because of that I understand that Jesus is the messiah and he came to save me. I believe that he is God in the flesh and he died for my sins, but he also rose on the third day, so now through him I have eternal life and through him, he will show me how to live this life” This revelation is the only way a person can call themselves a true Christian. There are many people that think they are Christians just because they go to church every Sunday, or they think they are Christians because they got christened as a child. Then there are some that believe simply because they believe there is a God that makes them a Christian or because they do a bunch on good deeds following a religious system. However when we read the Bible we get a very good understanding as to what qualifies someone to being a Christian. We first see the word being used in the of Acts Books in a place called Anitoch where Paul had been preaching a teaching for a while and many people received the message. These people’s lives where changed so radically that the other people around them saw the change and recognised the Christ in them and the fact that their lives reflected his teachings and THEY called them Christians. So a Christian is a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ Act 11:26 And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. When the question was asked to Jesus about how a person can be saved, his answer was very clear: Joh 3:3 Jesus answered and said to him, Truly, truly, I say to you, Unless a man is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Now because in our society there are so many things that have a label of Christian on them, which have nothing to do with Christ, many people saw the need to distinguish between being a true Christian and just someone with a Christian title and that is why you has people categorising themselves as BORN AGAIN Christians. However now because things are so perverted even in these circles, I feel the best way to categorise yourself IF you are living your life right by the standards of true Biblical Christianity is, A DISCIPLE OF JESUS THE CHRIST, that would be more accurate. You see to be truly born again is as follows: 1Pe 1:21 those believing in God through Him, He who raised Him up from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope might be in God. 1Pe 1:22 Purifying your souls in the obedience of the truth through the Spirit to unfeigned love of the brothers, love one another fervently out of a pure heart, 1Pe 1:23 having been born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, through the living Word of God, and abiding forever. Paul who was vehemently attacking the church, got a revelation of Jesus on road to Damascus, which completely changed his life ever (Act 9:4) Thomas got a revelation of who Jesus is, which took away his doubt and fear: Joh 20:27 Then He said to Thomas, Reach your finger here and behold My hands; and reach your hand here and thrust it into My side; and do not be unbelieving, but believing. Joh 20:28 And Thomas answered and said to Him, My Lord and my God! Joh 20:29 Jesus said to him, Thomas, because you have seen Me you have believed. Blessed are they who have not seen and have believed. Simon Peter go a revelation of who Jesus is which become the foundational building block belief system of the church: Mat 16:13 And coming into the parts of Caesarea Philippi, Jesus asked His disciples, saying, Who do men say Me to be, the Son of Man? Mat 16:14 And they said, Some say, John the Baptist; some, Elijah; and others, Jeremiah, or one of the prophets. Mat 16:15 He said to them, But who do you say I am? Mat 16:16 And Simon Peter answered and said, You are the Christ, the Son of the living God. Mat 16:17 Jesus answered and said to him, You are blessed, Simon, son of Jonah, for flesh and blood did not reveal it to you, but My Father in Heaven. Mat 16:18 And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I could go on but I am sure you get the picture. I truly revelation of Jesus changes a person and it is impossible to stay the same and I would go as far as to say, if a person calls themselves a Christian and their life and attitudes have stayed the same, I would challenge their conversion. Parallel Principles The challenge in our business is most people who come into our business, have never built a business before, so they come into the business with the mindset of an employee. This is why a lot of times they want to be reactive instead of proactive. So in order for a person to be truly successful in our business, they would have had to have a true revelation of their financial situation and their financial future. When that happens, they are truly converted to the fact that they NEED to change it and no one is going to do it apart from THEM. From that point on they just need to align themselves up with the right mentor so they can learn what they need to learn in the right way and them GET TO WORK! Unfortunately many times people who join the business have not had a true revelation of their finances, so they join and expect a free ticket. So when they have not build their cheque to £1000 per month in their first few of months, they feel it does not work and leave. Revelation gives person long term thinking, Revelation gives a person patience and a revelation gives a person persistence. Only you know if you have had a true revelation about your finances, but if you have, then it is time to go to work and if you put God first and apply his principals to your life and business, you will be successful. ************************************************** Jason Gregory, Business Mentor & Coach www.team-visionarys.com ************************************************ There is a big difference between Wisdom and Understanding but unfortunately for some people they do not recognise this and get the two confused.
Firstly wisdom is a gift ones gets from God through asking for it or through longevity of experience. Jas 1:5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and with no reproach, and it shall be given to him. Pro 2:6 For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding. Ecc 1:16 I communed with mine own heart, saying, Lo, I am come to great estate, and have gotten more wisdom than all they that have been before me in Jerusalem: yea, my heart had great experience of wisdom and knowledge. Understanding however is something a person has to pursue after in order to obtain it. In God’s perfect will, the two work hand in hand and the gift of wisdom helps to direct the understanding a person gets. Pro 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. Unfortunately as we are living in a fallen world many people have gained a lot of understanding in many different areas, but they do not submit that understanding under God’s wisdom and that is why we see many human advancements that are going directly against God’s nature. On the flip side there are many people in the church who do not reach their full potential because they never go out obtain the knowledge they need in order to advance themselves out of their current situations. They live with their head in the clouds, so much so that even when God brings something their way in order to help them, they miss it. When Jesus rode into Jerusalem and the donkey and wept over the city, it was because the people who had all of the information from the prophets, they had all of the law accessible to them, all of the scriptures which spoke of him and yet they did not have the wisdom and understanding to recognise the day of their visitation: Luke 19:37 And when He had come near, even now at the descent of the Mount of Olives, all the multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works which they had seen, Luk 19:38 saying, Blessed is the King coming in the name of the Lord! Peace in Heaven and glory in the highest! Luk 19:39 And some of the Pharisees from the crowd said to Him, Teacher, rebuke your disciples. Luk 19:40 And He answered and said to them, I tell you that if these should be silent, the stones would cry out. Luk 19:41 And as He drew near, He beheld the city and wept over it, Luk 19:42 saying, If you had known, even you, even at least in this day of yours, the things for your peace! But now they are hidden from your eyes. Luk 19:43 For the days will come on you that your enemies will raise up a rampart to you, and will surround you, and will keep you in on every side. Luk 19:44 And they will tear you down, and your children within you, and will not leave a stone on a stone because you did not know the time of your visitation. We have a responsibility to gain understand in certain area’s to know the times we are living in, to be able to put ourselves in a position where we can help others through the knowledge we have obtained. The Son of Issachar had the wisdom to discern the times Israel where in but also the knowledge of what they should be doing. 1Ch 12:32 Parallel Principals We have been put in the privileged position of being able to gain the knowledge of how to help people in their health and finances. We have knowledge that people need to know. There are stories over 24 years of people with products and in the business which testifies of the information about Reliv to be true. However many people you speak to will not be either ready to receive it or their heads will be so far in the clouds that they will not want to receive it. Does that make the knowledge you have not be to true? Of course not! You have to have the wisdom to know when to move on and when to re-address the issue with that person. If you are lacking wisdom in that area, ask God for it. ***************************************************** Jason Gregory Business & Mentor www.team-visionarys.com ***************************************************** |
