God is the perfect example of unity, through the bible we see the triune nature of God, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Three persons in one yet unified, this is why God is classed as a Trinity or Tri-Unity.
In Deuteronomy 6:4 it states: Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: This is called the Shema and every Jew recites this as a profession of their faith. However even in the shema, God alludes to his triune nature by using the Hebrew word Echad for one, which is a compound unity. Everything the Godhead does is in complete unity “Gen 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.” Gen 11:6 And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Gen 11:7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech Unity is extremely important to God because God understands the power that is in unity, Lev 26:8 And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword. When people are unified they is so much potential there, this is why a husband and wife is classed as one, because they are meant to be unified. They are equal in essence but different in function. The reason why people get divorced is because that unity is no longer there, you see the enemy has a three fold ministry and that is to Kill, Steal and Destroy and his main target is the family because he understands, if he can destroy the unity of family, he can destroy the very fabric of society and then all of the Godly values that causes society to thieve can be re-defined. So what we find today is, what God classes as being bad, this world sees as good and what God sees as good, this world sees as bad. This is one of the major signs that show us we are living in the end times. The church is supposed to be unified, this is why Jesus said: “Mat 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” However because of ego’s and allowing the flesh to lead instead of the spirit, we have this denomination and that denomination. People saying that they are Gods holy organisation and only people within a particular organisation are Gods true people. The enemy has done a very good job to get us into disunity and the saddest part is, we have tried to use the bible to justify it. When Jesus comes back he is going to take a people out of a people, so your church or denomination is not going to help you, what will help you is your relationship with him and the fact that his blood has washed away your sins and you have accepted it. The fact that you are a preacher, pastor, healer or regular attendee is going to be irrelevant: Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. We are called the body of Christ because all of the members of a body are supposed to be working together for a common goal, so the church is not an organisation, it is a living organism. We need to come together in unity so that we can be part of God’s plan and not the enemy’s. Parallel Principles We are in a people’s business and you will be amazing at what can be accomplished when people work together in unity. If people just understood that team work is key in our business, more people would raise up the Reliv ranks quicker. As Carol Falger always says “all boats rise with the tide” If your focus is to raise your team instead of raising yourself and if that is their focus also, amazing things would happen. This is why not everyone is going to build a Reliv business, because not everyone has that attitude, they say they do, but their actions say otherwise. If we have even one team member, we have a responsibility to that team member to do things right and lead by example. We are not just in the business of getting people signed up, our business is one of empowerment bringing people together to achieve greatness. **************************************** Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv ****************************************

As people going through life we experience many different things, some positive and some negative, how we respond to these situations determines the quality of our lives.
We have mountain top experiences where we are enjoying the fruits of our labour and we have wilderness experiences where we are going through the process of development, so we can get to the mountain top. The wilderness is not easy but it is necessary because in the wilderness is where you develop character, in the wilderness is where integrity is forge and patience is developed. All of the things needed for success are established in the wilderness. The wilderness is also the place where things are striped away and refining happens. When we look at the children of Israel who God delivered out of Egypt, they were in the wilderness for 40 years on a journey that should have only taken 7 days, why? Because the nation needed to be refined and developed so they were worthy to enter into the promised land. They where a nation of complainers and murmurers, so God had to remove a whole generation before they were ready: Deut 1:34-38 “And the Lord heard your words and was angered, and he swore, ‘Not one of these men of this evil generation shall see the good land that I swore to give to your fathers, except Caleb the son of Jephunneh. He shall see it, and to him and to his children I will give the land on which he has trodden, because he has wholly followed the Lord! ’ Even with me the Lord was angry on your account and said, ‘You also shall not go in there. Joshua the son of Nun, who stands before you, he shall enter. Encourage him, for he shall cause Israel to inherit it Our negative mindset will stop us from receiving our inheritance or walking into our destiny. God's perfect will is that every single human being become son's and daughter's of God, however his permissive will allows us to make our own choices: John 1: 11-13 He came unto his own, and they that were his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he the right to become children of God, even to them that believe on his name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God Roman 8:29-30 For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that the Son a might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those whom he predestined, he also called; and those whom he called, he also justified; and those whom he justified he also glorified. We can look at this life on earth as the wilderness experience that is preparing us for eternal life with God. In the same way the people of Israel in Egypt had a choice to put the blood of the lamb on their doorposts so the death angel would passover them, is the same way people have the choice today to place the blood of Jesus over their lives. However it does not stop there, the same way the children of Israel after going through the Passover started their journey to the promised land going through the wilderness, this is the same way we as Christians began our journey and we are not there yet. We have a choice whether to murmur and complain and die in the wilderness or to trust God and live and walk into our destiny inheriting eternal life. God had to prepare the nation because he knew the battles that they would have to fight later on and this is exactly why God prepared each and everyone of us. Everyone goes through different experiences because everyone's journey experience is different. However if you trust in God, you will believe what he said through Paul in Romans 8:28 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. Parallel Principals In building a Network Marketing business, you are going to have ups and downs and how you deal with this is going to determine whether or not you will be successful or you will fail. The process of building your business can be classed as a wilderness experience because you are learning new things, stretching yourself outside of your comfort zones and having battles which sometimes leaves scars. However, during this process in your Reliv business you are being refined and prepared for your next stage in your life, which is to be able to impact many lives in their health, finances and time. If you are a murmurer and a complainer you will not survive the wilderness experience and God will raise up a generation beneath you to take your place. There have being many people who have stopped building their Reliv businesses for what ever reason and either people in their downline or somebody they know who they could have spoken to, has joined the business and become very successful. Are you going to be like the 10 spices who Moses sent out to spy out the land and came back with a negative report, or are you going to be like Joshua and Caleb who came back confident in the God that they serve, which caused them to make it in? That is your choice. ************************************** Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv ************************************** So many people have the attitude of, “I will do it tomorrow”, this mindset is the very thing that is stopping their progression. Not one of us is guaranteed tomorrow, therefore we should live each day as if it were our last day and fully utilise our time.
Jesus always maximised his time, he never wasted it, we need to understand that time is the only commodity that once it has gone we will never be able to get it back. In the bible the word Immediately is used over 55 times and in the gospels it is used 41 times, so Jesus did not mess about, when a decision was needed to be made, he made it and when people needed to make a decision he got them to make it also. Jesus always brought the reality of a person's situation to them, so that they could see the value in making a decision and this would cause them to do it. He was never weak with people but always strong and that strength never let him down. He would not be drawn into people's excuses, but he would draw them out of their own excuses: Luke 9: 52- 57 57 While they were walking along the road, a man said to him, "I will follow you wherever you go." 58 Jesus told him, "Foxes have holes and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to rest." 59 He told another man, "Follow me."But he said, "Lord, first let me go and bury my father." 60 But he told him, "Let the dead bury their own dead. But you go and proclaim the kingdom of God." 61 Still another man said, "I will follow you, Lord, but first let me say goodbye to those at home." 62 Jesus told him, "No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for the kingdom of God Jesus knew there was work to do and time was of the essence, he had a sense of urgency and because of that, he got people to make a decision quickly. Some people followed him others chose not to, but their negative decisions did not stop Jesus's work. Everyday we have choices to make, “am I going to be obedience to the word of God or not”. If we fall into sin, we have another choice to make, “am I going to repent immediately or not”. You see satan fools people into believing they are so bad that they should not repent because God will not listen, or that they should repent, just do it tomorrow and tomorrow never comes! However Jesus was very clear with regards to a sense of urgency and that message was continued with the other New Testament writers. When Paul was addressing the people in Corinth, he stated: 2Corinthians 6:2 1 Since, then, we are working with God, a we plead with you not to accept God's grace in vain. 2 For he says,"At the right time I heard you, and on a day of salvation I helped you." Listen, now is really the "right time"! Now is the "day of salvation Sometimes the hardest thing for people to do is make a decision, simply because of the fear of the unknown. However fear is one of the greatest tools that satan uses to hold people back, but God has also given us a tool to deal with fear: 1 John 4: 16 – 18 16 We have come to know and rely on the love that God has for us. God is love, and the person who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. 17 This is how love has been perfected among us: we will have confidence on the day of judgment because, during our time in this world, we are just like him. 18 There is no fear where love exists. Rather, perfect love banishes fear, for fear involves punishment, and the person who lives in fear has not been perfected in love. We have one life to live so we need to maximise it redeeming the time because the times are evil. Letting go of the mistakes of the past, looking forward to Jesus who is the author and the finisher of our faith. As Paul say, “pressing toward the mark of the higher calling” which is to be where Jesus is. So seize the time while you have it, because none of us are guaranteed tomorrow! Parallel Business Principals In building our Reliv businesses we have to have a sense of urgency when helping our distributors, because if we do not, not only are we hindering our growth, we are also hindering the grow of the people who join us. To many people get drawn into the excuses of their distributors and out of fear of hurting their feelings, they are afraid to tell them the truth. Also when people sign someone up into the business they are afraid to tell them about the System and the commitment to the System, because they are afraid that if they do that the person will not sign up. We need to understand that strength will never let us down but weakness will kill us every time. There are curtain things a person needs to do in order to be successful in Reliv and if a person is never going to be prepared to do them, then we need to be honest with them and let them know, they will not build a Reliv business. Just like what happened to Jesus, some people will follow you, others will choose not to. However the serious people that stay will not just change their lives but many other people's lives as well. ***************************************** Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv ***************************************** |
