Rom 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, pleasing to God, which is your reasonable service.
To love someone is to give your all to that person, any less is not true love. Love causes you to go the extra mile, to do things that you didn’t think you would do. As we love we are demonstrate the nature of God that caused him to create us in the first place. The same nature that cause him to come down to where are, to experience a human experience, die on a cross and then to resurrect himself, just so that we can be saved from the penalty of sin which in death. Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only-begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. Unless a person truly understands about love, they will never be able to accept that the God of the universe would do something like that. To some religions, that statement is blasphemy because their concept of God is not one of a loving God, but one of which is so disconnected with humanity, that he would never do such a thing, he is too holy for that. I am so glad that our God who is the true and living God is not a distant God but an imminent God who wants to get involved in our lives. God is Love! 1Jn 4:8 The one who does not love has not known God. For God is love. God Demonstrated the Greater Love Joh 15:13 No one has greater love than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. So God gave his all for us, therefore we need to give our all for him, this is why there is no such thing as half a Christian, you are either a Christian or you are not. When a person makes that decision to become a Christian, that decision comes with consequences, the first is you have to die to yourself. This means all of those carnal desires that you had/have, you can not longer give into them. This is where choice is so powerful because you choose to give into them or not, it does not matter how you justify them by saying “This is my weakness” or “I am a work in progress”, if you give into it, that was your choice. I thank God for his grace! Rom 7:14 We know that the Law is spiritual. But I am merely a human, and I have been sold as a slave to sin. Rom 7:15 In fact, I don't understand why I act the way I do. I don't do what I know is right. I do the things I hate. Rom 7:16 Although I don't do what I know is right, I agree that the Law is good. Rom 7:17 So I am not the one doing these evil things. The sin that lives in me is what does them. Rom 7:18 I know that my selfish desires won't let me do anything that is good. Even when I want to do right, I cannot. Rom 7:19 Instead of doing what I know is right, I do wrong. Rom 7:20 And so, if I don't do what I know is right, I am no longer the one doing these evil things. The sin that lives in me is what does them. Rom 7:21 The Law has shown me that something in me keeps me from doing what I know is right. Rom 7:22 With my whole heart I agree with the Law of God. Rom 7:23 But in every part of me I discover something fighting against my mind, and it makes me a prisoner of sin that controls everything I do. Rom 7:24 What a miserable person I am. Who will rescue me from this body that is doomed to die? Rom 7:25 Thank God! Jesus Christ will rescue me. So with my mind I serve the Law of God, although my selfish desires make me serve the law of sin. The sin is not the temptation, the sin is when we give into the temptation. 1Co 10:13 No temptation has taken you but what is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but with the temptation also will make a way to escape, so that you may be able to bear it. Given God your all means dying to yourself on a daily basis because everyday our minds are under attack and that old nature tries to rise back up. This is why we need to clothe ourselves properly: Eph 6:11 Put on the whole armor of God so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Eph 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the world's rulers, of the darkness of this age, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Eph 6:13 Therefore take to yourselves the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Eph 6:14 Therefore stand, having your loins girded about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness Eph 6:15 and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace. Eph 6:16 Above all, take the shield of faith, with which you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. Eph 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, To give God your all is a decision, so choose this day who you are going to serve. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord! Parallel Principals When you have made a decision to build a Reliv business, unless you give it your all it will not work. Giving your all does not mean working your business 10 hours everyday, but is does mean in the time you have allocated for your business, you work it effectively. It means doing the things you need to do and stop making excuses, it means stepping out of your comfort zone and learning new skills that will cause your business to grow. Network Marketing is a profession and as with any profession, you have to invest in your own education and give yourself time to learn it. In the 6 years I have been in this industry it never ceases to amaze me how people come into our opportunity, do not do the things they are supposed to do, they do not use the system, but they complain when they are not making any money. Giving your all is going to at times make you feel uncomfortable, giving your all is going to challenge you. However giving your all is going to allow you to rise to heights that the majority of people will never reach simply because of wrong attitude. Doing this business has taught me a lot about life and about people and it has truly opened up my understanding of this scripture: Mat 7:13 Go in through the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many there are who go in through it. Mat 7:14 Because narrow is the gate and constricted is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it. **************************************************** Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv ****************************************************

In this life we are going to face challenges and it is our ability to push through, which will determine whether or not we will be over comers or victims.
It is the pressures of life that grows us and prepares us for greater challenges. At the start of Moses’s life it began with a pressured situation, Pharaoh was killing all of the young male babies, so to save his life his mother placed him in a basket and put him in the Nile river. Now that is pressure, however God arranged it that Pharaoh’s daughter would find him and adopt him. God also arranged it that Pharaoh’s daughter need a nurse maid which ended up be Moses’s mother. You see faith allows God to work in our lives. Later on in Moses’s life he had to flee from Egypt and he lived in the wilderness for 40 years looking after sheep. This was pressure considering for the first 40 years of his life he was a prince of Egypt. However God was preparing him to lead his people out of Egypt. We do not always understand why we go through what we go through because the pressure is too great. This is why as believers we are called to walk by faith and not by sight (2Corintians 5:7) The enemy wants us to walk by sight, so he tries to use our current situations to try and get us depressed, distracted or confused. This is why it is so important for us as believers to know the word for ourselves, so that when we are squeezed, then the word will come out. Too many people just rely on what they hear on a Sunday at their church service and they never study the word for themselves, so they never have more than a surface understanding of what it means to be a Christian. The danger of this is, if the preacher or Pastor is off, then that person will follow them right into error as well. It takes an effort on the part of the individual to get into the routine of studying the word, many times when a person make the decision to study the word, this is when all of the distractions come. Understand that there is a spiritual attack on your life and the whole focus of that attack is to stop you from building a closer relationship with your creator. So you are going to have to push through the distractions, push through the excuses, push through the tiredness and once you do your part, then God will be his part: 2Co 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 2Co 10:4 For the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, 2Co 10:5 pulling down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought into the obedience of Christ; 2Co 10:6 and having readiness to avenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled. 2Co 10:7 Do you look at things according to appearance? If anyone has persuaded himself that he is Christ's, let him think this again as to himself, that as he is Christ's, even so we are Christ's. Effort always involves some kind of pressure and most people just want a comfortable life, so they do not get pressurised. This what Satan is counting on, because if he can get you in that mindset, he can render you powerless and an ineffective member of the body of Christ. Parallel Business Principals In order to grow any business, there is going to be pressure and people are going to have to step out of their comfort zones. Not everyone is designed to be a business builder because not everyone is willing to step out of comfort zones. Pressure means development, in our business people have to get used to prospects saying NO and push through the NO’s because if they do not, they will not build this business out of the fear of rejection. Pushing through is the difference between success and failure, I can guarantee everyone who has ever failure at building a Reliv business, it was because of their inability to push through. However for those who do, the rewards a great, which is a good parallel for life, in that for those who push through in their walk with Christ, the rewards at the end are great. Anything worth having is going to require time and effort and people who look for things that are easy rarely achieve anything at all. So are you ready to push through? *************************************************** Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv *************************************************** We are living in a world which is sleeping, sleeping to the understanding of the times and the season we are living in.
The whole world, from the people to the creation itself is in an upheaval crying out for the return of Christ, yet many people are oblivious to what is going on. The enemy has flooded this world with misinformation to give people so many options that they will not know what to believe, and it has worked perfectly. Yet the signs of the times are clear to see. There was a time where the very idea of one man being able to control the whole world was so unbelievable and unrealistic and yet with the advances in technology and the unification of countries, now is not so far fetched. In Daniel chapter 12 v 4 when speaking about the end times says: Dan 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. They reckon that the advancements in the last 50 years is greater than at any point in human history. People can hop on planes and travel all around the world in hours. With satellites information can be share all around the world in seconds. With the internet virtually any topic can be researched in seconds. Jesus said: Mat 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. He also said: Mat 24:3 And as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the world? Mat 24:4 And Jesus answered and said to them, Take heed that no man deceive you. Mat 24:5 For many will come in My name, saying, I am Christ, and will deceive many. Mat 24:6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled, for all these things must occur; but the end is not yet. Mat 24:7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines and pestilences and earthquakes in different places. Mat 24:8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. Mat 24:9 Then they will deliver you up to be afflicted and will kill you. And you will be hated of all nations for My name's sake. Mat 24:10 And then many will be offended, and will betray one another, and will hate one another. Mat 24:11 And many false prophets will rise and deceive many. Mat 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many will become cold. Mat 24:13 But he who endures to the end, the same shall be kept safe. It is fair to say that all of those elements are in operation to today, but still with all of this going on people are still playing Christian, which is resulting in a dying world not taking us seriously. People so afraid of offending people that they have forgotten about not offending God and taking God’s grace for granted. They keep themselves business in religious activities but never have a true relationship with God and so are powerless against the enemy. Ask yourself this question, when was the last time you last true encounter with God? Unfortunately many people just hold unto previous testimony, however we are supposed to have present testimony as we walk daily with him. All the while the enemy is laughing at us. We need to wake up! We need to be so sold out to the knowledge of Christ and so excited about our futures in Christ, that this world will stand up and take note. The body of Christ is God’s mouth piece to a dying world until Jesus comes back, so it is time to take the duck tape of our lips. It is time to engage in true praise and worship and not just public performances and true preaching and teaching instead of motivational messages that just want to make people feel good. Joh 4:23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father seeks such to worship Him. Joh 4:24 God is a spirit, and they who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth. Today right now this very moment there are people that are being persecuted for being true worshipers in countries that are hostile to the gospel in a big way. However there will be a time where the whole world will be like that, but God has given us a window of opportunity to go out and be a witness. So are we going to take it? Parallel Principals There are so many parallel business principals that i can draw from this, however the one I want to focus on is the one that everyone can relate to. There is a common need that every human being has and that is the need for provision. In our current economic climate people are loosing the ability to provide as jobs are being cut and work is so called, drying up. We bring a message of hope when we present the Reliv business opportunity, giving people a chance to take control of their own finances. However even when people can see the handwriting on the wall with regards to their job situation, many people still would not look at a business opportunity, even when it could drastically change their situations. Those same people months down the line are still complaining about their lack of finances, or if they are Christians’ they are in pray meetings praying for a financial breakthrough or a supernatural debt cancellation. We need to wake up, God have set his laws and principals in place. The law of sowing and reaping. Gal 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Lets wake up guys! *************************************************** Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv *************************************************** Every Jew quotes the Shema which is found in Deut 6:4:
“Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD” This is their confession of faith. It goes on to say: “Deu 6:5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. Deu 6:6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: Deu 6:7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. Deu 6:8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. Deu 6:9 And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.” The knowledge of God being the first in their lives is so fundamental to the Jewish faith. This is so important for us as Christians to understand because the very foundation of our faith comes out of true Judaism. Jesus was a Jew, the writers of the New Testament were Jewish, the first people to be called Christians at Antioch were Jewish men. God wants to be first in our lives and it takes true faith in him to submit ourselves to his Lordship. I am not talking about a religious legalistic approach to God, which is nothing more than a works based approach to our salvation, but I am talking about a true relationship with him, where our spirit connects with the Holy Spirit and we become new people, we are what Jesus said in John 3:3 Born Again! God sees all things; he is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Now because of this, he is the perfect guide for our lives because nothing can take him by surprise. No temptation, no sickness, no financial issue, no emotional issue and no educational issue that we can go through will take God by surprise. This is why Jesus said in his word: Mat 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. We live in a world where people have erected all kinds of gods to themselves and they don’t even realise it. Anything that a person puts before him is an idol and God hates idolatry: Exo 20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Exo 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Exo 20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; Your family can be an idol if you put it before God, so can your job, your house, your business opportunity and yourself. We need to understand that the very things we have as idols in our lives, God gave them to us in the first place and he can also take them away! The enemy wants us to shift our focus away from God and unto things because he knows once he has done that, he has got us. He proved it in the garden of Eden and he has being proving it for thousands of year: Gen 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: Gen 3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. The origins of sin is pride, pride is what got satan to loose his position in the first place and pride is what satan uses to get us to lose our position in God also. Eze 28:14 You were the anointed cherub that covers, and I had put you in the holy height of God where you were; you have walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Eze 28:15 You were perfect in your ways from the day that you were created, until iniquity was found in you. Isa 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! Isa 14:13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: Isa 14:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. The easiest god satan can get us the worship is ourselves, we call it self confidence, however self confidence outside of the context of God is just self worship! God understands satan’s plan, like I said nothing takes God by surprise, this is why told he told us in his word: Jas 4:7 Therefore submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Jas 4:8 Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, sinners; and purify your hearts, double-minded ones. Jas 4:9 Be afflicted, and mourn and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to heaviness. Jas 4:10 Be humbled before the Lord, and He will lift you up. We serve a mighty God, who wants to be the Lord of our lives and who better to guide us then the God who created us! Parallel Principals When we are building something to improve our situations, we have to be very careful not to place it before God and it can be easily done. We can be so focused that before we know it God has taken second place. This is why things like this prayer call at the beginning of our working week is so important, it helps us to put things in the right perspective, it helps us to put our challenges before God and it also gives us the opportunity to ask God to intervene in our and other people’s situations. If you want to see true growth in your business, then make God the head of your business, he wants you to be successful and he has promised to bless the work of your hands, if he is placed first. Remember, you cannot fool God, God sees the heart not the outward performance, so we can hold back our own progression simply by having the wrong motives or the wrong attitude towards our business. God have given us everything in his word pertaining to life and Godliness, so we need to do our part, because he will always do his part *************************************************** Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv ************************************************** |
