We are in a war and that war is for our souls, therefore in order for us to be effective in this battle we need to know our enemy or else we will not even recognise when he is planning an attack.
When you know your enemy, you can be prepared for the attack.
The bible says that our enemy the devil is like a lion:
1Pe 5:8 Be sensible and vigilant, because your adversary the Devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking someone he may devour;
Paul talking to the church at Corinth about the need to forgive states:
2Co 2:11 so that we should not be overreached by Satan, for we are not ignorant of his devices.
So we need to know our enemy.
It always amazes me that some Christians think that if they do not do too much to get the devils attention, then he will leave them alone. That is just crazy, the moment you accepted Christ into your life, you were on the devils hit list.
This is why Jesus stated in John 10:10 - 14:
Joh 10:10 The thief does not come except to steal and to kill and to destroy. I have come so that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
Joh 10:11 I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd lays down His life for the sheep.
Joh 10:12 But he who is a hireling and not the shepherd, who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and runs away. And the wolf catches them and scatters the sheep.
Joh 10:13 The hireling flees, because he is a hireling and does not care for the sheep.
Joh 10:14 I am the Good Shepherd, and I know those that are Mine, and I am known by those who are Mine.
Many times Satan’s attacks are subtle and sugar coated, remember he has the ability to appear as an angel of light. So he introduces things into our life that seem very harmless and we ignorantly take them onboard and open up spiritual doors in our lives that give him permission to attack us with greater intensity in the future.
Luk 11:24 When the unclean spirit has gone out of a man, he walks through dry places seeking rest. And finding none, he says, I will return to my house from which I came out.
Luk 11:25 And when he comes, he finds it swept and decorated.
Luk 11:26 And he goes and takes seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and entering in, they dwell there. And the last state of that man is worse than the first.
We have to be mindful of how we live our lives and what we accept into our lives.
It is the 31st October to and it is Halloween, the most revered occultic days in the whole calendar and it always amazes me how many people who call themselves Christians do not see anything wrong with it, but they class it as a bit of fun. If people understood what really goes on every year on this date, they would know it is anything but funny.
One of the plans of the enemy is to desensitise people to occultic practices and pagan worship and he does it to a large extent through the media. He has done such a good job that many Christians sometimes do not even want to know the truth and when you try to tell them, they fight you down.
So when you mention things like:
The time of Christmas at its origins is Pagan, so make sure the spirit of the season does not over take you and cloud the thing that the church originally tried to do, which was to use it as an evangelistic tool to point people to Christ.
Or that as Christians we DO NOT celebrate Easter, we celebrate Passover and Easter or Eastre is the name of a Pagan God and all the symbolism attached to the modern day Easter festival likes, Eggs, Bunnys, Cakes etc are all part of the pagan festival.
When you mention these things, people get very passionate in their defence of this things and say that it is just harmless fun. This is because satan has done a good job.
But we are not to be ignorant of his devices, a few drops of arsenic in a glass of clear water is still enough to kill you, no matter how innocent to glass looks.
God's plan for you is to prosper and be in good health, even as your soul prospers, and your soul prospers by the level of relationship you have with him. When two people are in a relationship there is also 2 way communication, so if there is anything that I said which you are unsure about, asked God to show you and he will direct you to the right information.
The biggest enemy we have in our business is ourselves; we are the person who stops us from moving forward.
If we have a bad attitude, that will hinder our progression, if we listen to the negative voices that will also hinder our progression.
When a person joins Reliv, it is because there is a need that needs to be met, whether that need is Health or Finances. However negative self talk or negative talk by others takes their focus away from their need and gets them to hold onto fear.
The reality is, if you are a child of the Most High, God would not have lead you to Reliv for you to fail. So that means if you are here, it is time to go to work.
When God lead the Children of Israel into the promise land, their enemies were still living in the land, but he brought Israel into the land and said “Now go and possess it”
In your Reliv business there are going to be people all around you that are negative to what you are doing, therefore know your enemy and go and possess your land, in JESUS NAME!

As people, we were born into bondage, the bondage of sin as a result of the fall. Every one of us has a sin nature and it is this nature that needs to be surpressed, so that the nature of God can be realised in our lives.
It blows me away the level of love God has for all of us, the bible says that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). This means that when we were carrying on with our bad behaviour all our lives, to whatever level we took it to, God was looking down on us heartbroken because of the level of love he has for us.
The thing is, that because of our sin nature, when we were doing these things, we did not even recognise that we were doing anything wrong and we justified our actions by saying “It my life and I have the right to make my own choices”, while all the time God was saying “I love you”.
Some of us my have done many things in the past that we are not proud of and any times our past stops us from moving forward. However we serve a forgiving God!
Many religions say, in order for you to get to heaven you first have to balance out all of your sins in this life first and if you are not able to do this, then you will come back again to try and balance it out in that life. They say if you keep on coming back it will always be in a lesser form than before.
Then there are other religions that says, you have to watch everything that you do and weigh them in the balance and if your good deeds outweigh your bad deeds, then at the end of your life their god will decide whether or not you get into heaven.
I am so thankful that we serve a loving God who said, “I am not going to force you to do anything but here is my love and here is the proof of my love. I came down to where you are, to experience what you experience, to feel the pain how you feel it, to be tempted how you are tempted. This was so I could pay the ultimate price and become the sacrifice for your sins, so that just as long as you accept this sacrifice and entrust your life into my hands, not only will I cleanse you of all of your past sins, I will also empower you to live a life without sin and even if you do unintentional sin just as long as you truly repent, I will forgive those sins also”.
Joh 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
Because of this action of love we can be blameless, spotless, set apart from the rest of the world for his glory.
Sometimes the enemy tries to bring back your past and throw it in your face. When he does I want you guys to remember the lyrics of this song:
“I am blameless, you call me holy, I am forgiven, you call me righteous, I am free.
I am spotless, you call me worthy, I am your child, you call me chosen I am yours. I am YOURS”
This is how much God loves you!
We are living in a world that is broken and the only person who can fix it is the person who made it.
Joh 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Joh 1:2 The same was in the beginning with God.
Joh 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Joh 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
Joh 1:11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
Joh 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Joh 1:13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
Joh 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
In order for a person truly build a success Reliv business, they have to have a genuine love for helping other people. Once they have that love, it will be demonstrated in actions.
We direct people to the Reliv system because the system is not bias, it does not care how successful you were before you came to Reliv, it does not care how many times you failed in other network marketing businesses. It does not care how good a public speaker you are and it does not care about your level of education. All you have to do is plug in.
Even then your distributors may be going off on a tangent, the love that you have for their success should cause you to guide to back to the system. However remember guys, love is never forced, it is their choice.

As Christians we have a hope of eternal life because of an act of giving:
Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only-begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life
Giving is part of God’s DNA because to truly give is to act out of love and God is Love
1Jn 4:8 The one who does not love has not known God. For God is love.
So as Christians we should be givers because we are God’s children and as his children we carry his DNA:
Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
To truly give is to be selfless, thinking of others before yourself, overcoming that part of the flesh which thinks, “Its all about me”.
The true giver gives with the right motives, because there are many people who give but their giving is part of another agenda:
1. They give to get recognition so they want everyone to know how good they are because of their giving and good works. Well this what the bible says about that type of giver:
Mat 6:1 Take heed that you do not do your merciful deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward with your Father in Heaven.
Mat 6:2 Therefore when you do your merciful deeds, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, so that they may have glory from men. Truly I say to you, They have their reward.
Mat 6:3 But when you do merciful deeds, do not let your left hand know what your right hand does,
Mat 6:4 so that your merciful deeds may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret Himself shall reward you openly.
2. They give so they can get, so they see their giving as a commercial exchange with God and they justify it by quoting scriptures like:
Luk 6:38 Give, and it shall be given to you, good measure pressed down and shaken together and running over, they shall give into your bosom. For with the same measure that you measure, it shall be measured to you again
Many of the prosperity preachers have built their ministries based on this scripture, perverting to true context of it, which is, as a child of God because you have God’s DNA running through you, you will naturally want to give, and by that measure of giving, which springs out of relationship with him, it shall be given back to you.
There are many people that try to treat God like a lottery ticket, there may even be people who come on this prayer call simply because they feel if they do God will bless their business!
God sees everyone’s motive and whichever motive does not stand his test, that work will be burned up and counted to that individual as nothing.
3. The third type of giver is the person who gives out of compulsion, so they do not really want to give but out of a sense of obligation they feel like they have to give. Their giving is very legalistic.
e.g. The person who pays their tithes into the church, not because they recognise God as their provider and they want to give him their first fruits, but because they feel they have no chance and have to do it.
Remember God knows the heart.
To give should be who we are as Christians and our giving should outweigh the worlds giving, this is why God will bless us, so that we can be a blessing to others. If you can be trusted with a little, then God will then trust you with much.
In Reliv in order for you to be successful, you are going to have to be a true giver. You are going to have to be giving of your time , your talents, your money and your emotions. We are in a people business, so if you are not willing to give of those things, you are in the wrong business.
Bob Montgomery says, if you help enough people get what they want, you will not have to worry about what you want. What he is talking about here is the Biblical principal of Sowing and Reaping. When you build your Reliv business out of a true motive it will come back to you.
Those people who build just so their name can be up there or the just here dollar signs over people’s heads, may make initial money and get initial reward, but as the bible says, they have already received their reward, it will not be lasting.
We have just come out of an amazing conference here in Europe, where everyone of us saw first hand the heart of this heart and that is a heart of giving. This is why God is blessing this company.
Therefore I would challenged everyone of us on this call, give to the Kalogris foundation, not out of compulsion or out of the motive of it helping to grow your business, but out of the motive of making sure those children are fed and lets see where you are this time next year. Remember God loves a cheerful giver.
