I think one of the saddest things to see is someone who pretends to be a Christian, you know, the person who tries to come across as holy but their lifestyle stinks. That person is just kidding themselves. Or you have the person who is very religious, so they go to church every week, they are at all of the extra services, they get involved in all of the church activities and feel they are right with God because of what that do. They are quick to stand in judgement of someone else but never check themselves. They really do not have any relationship with God but just a bunch of works (things they do which they feel of good).
God hates pretence, that is why he said in his word through Paul talking to the Philippian church: Php 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. We live in a world where the church establishment has created a form of Godliness but denies the power, so there is a bunch of people going after things rather than going after God, following after the error of Ballam and Khora, who the one was enticed by money and the other rebelled against true Godly leadership. The saddest part is many people are afraid to speak the truth because they either do not want to offend or they are afraid of loosing their congregation. These leaders need to understand, if they do not speak the truth their congregation is already lost, spiritually: 1Co 4:15 For though ye have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. We need the fathers to come back into the churches because this luke warm social gospel that is being preached, which only talks about the blessing of God, prosperity and the good life but never addresses the area of sin and repentance, is causing people to go to hell. When John was speaking to Gaius he said: 3Jn 1:2 Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. First and foremost God is concerned about a person’s soul, are they truly saved or are they just religious. A person is truly saved when they come to a stage in their life when they recognise that they are a sinner and they need a saver. Then they invite Jesus to be the Lord of their life: Rom 10:8 But what does it say? "The Word is near you, even in your mouth and in your heart"; that is, the Word of Faith which we proclaim; Rom 10:9 Because if you confess the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved. Rom 10:10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses unto salvation. Rom 10:11 For the Scripture says, "Everyone believing on Him shall not be put to shame." So we need to be real because if we are not we are only kidding ourselves. We do not want to miss out on external life simply because we were a hypocrite in this life: Mat 7:20 Therefore by their fruits you shall know them. Mat 7:21 Not everyone who says to Me, Lord! Lord! shall enter the kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in Heaven. Mat 7:22 Many will say to Me in that day, Lord! Lord! Did we not prophesy in Your name, and through Your name throw out demons, and through Your name do many wonderful works? Mat 7:23 And then I will say to them I never knew you! Depart from Me, those working lawlessness! Parallel Principals In this business we talk all the time about helping people and that is the way we are going to be successful, but is that truly your motive or is it all about the money! In the 5 years I have been in this business I have seen many different character types come and go, but I think the worse character type I have seen is the one that has a lot of influence over people and has the ability to get them to sign on the dotted line, giving them all these promises of help and support, but then once they are in, they never live up to their promises and constantly let people down. The reason why I think this is the worse character type is because they are just a bunch of thieves, stealing people’s dreams, stealing their hopes and causing people to stop building towards their futures thinking they are not good enough. It takes a while to learn how to become a good distributor and during that process people are going to make a lot of mistakes, but having a good Upline to fall back on is crucial in this business. Someone to act as a father or a mother in the difficult times. There are people unfortunately in the business who just want to sponsor, sponsor, sponsor and only want to work with the new person on the scene who are sponsoring. Sponsoring is important but the development of people is equally important. So if you want to be a good distributor, be real, you are not going to sponsor the next big Reliv star, but you may sponsor and develop the next Reliv star! Do not be hypocrites guys! *********************************************** Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv ************************************************

As Christians we should understand that the foundations of our faith stem out of Judaism, not the Rabbinical Judaism that is practiced today, that on the most part emerges out of the Jamina school of Judaism, which the Pharisees preserved, but the Mosaic Judaism practiced in the Old Testament.
Why it is so important for us to remember this is because, we are warned in the scriptures not to take that fact for granted: Rom 11:17 You Gentiles are like branches of a wild olive tree that were made to be part of a cultivated olive tree. You have taken the place of some branches that were cut away from it. And because of this, you enjoy the blessings that come from being part of that cultivated tree. Rom 11:18 But don't think you are better than the branches that were cut away. Just remember that you are not supporting the roots of that tree. Its roots are supporting you. Rom 11:19 Maybe you think those branches were cut away, so that you could be put in their place. Rom 11:20 That's true enough. But they were cut away because they did not have faith, and you are where you are because you do have faith. So don't be proud, but be afraid. Rom 11:21 If God cut away those natural branches, couldn't he do the same to you? Rom 11:22 Now you see both how kind and how hard God can be. He was hard on those who fell, but he was kind to you. And he will keep on being kind to you, if you keep on trusting in his kindness. Otherwise, you will be cut away too. Rom 11:23 If those other branches will start having faith, they will be made a part of that tree again. God has the power to put them back. Through Moses God established the law, the law had 613 precepts to it and a person had to keep all of them because if they broke one, they broke the whole law: Jas 2:10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. The law was meant the lead to Christ, to let people understand that they did not have the capacity to keep the whole law perfectly, so they needed the Grace of God: Gal 3:24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. Gal 3:25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. Gal 3:26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. We see this in how Jesus dealt with people. There were some people who would come to Jesus all holier than thou, thinking they are right and do not need any help. To those people Jesus gave the law: Mat 23:27 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs, which indeed appear beautiful outside, but inside they are full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. Mat 23:28 Even so you also appear righteous to men outwardly, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. Mat 23:29 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because you build the tombs of the prophets, and decorate the tombs of the righteous, Mat 23:30 and say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets. Mat 23:31 Therefore you are witnesses to yourselves, that you are the sons of those who killed the prophets; Mat 23:32 and you fill up the measure of your fathers. However to the people who recognise they had wronged God and were broken before him, he gave them grace: Joh 8:4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. Joh 8:5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou? Joh 8:6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not. Joh 8:7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. Joh 8:8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground. Joh 8:9 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. Joh 8:10 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee? Joh 8:11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more. This is how Jesus helped people, he did not waste time with people who did not want to come to terms with their condition, he was looking for those people who recognised they needed to change. When we are being a witness for Christ, we should be the same, when we are speaking with people that think they are a good person and do not need salvation, we should use the law as a bench mark to show them their sinfulness and the best way to do that is through the 10 commandments. Once they recognise that they have transgressed God’s laws then they are ready for God’s Grace and that is the message of Christ and him scarificed. That knowledge we set them free. If you are talking to a person and they are already broken and recognise they need to change then they are already prepared to hear about the grace of God. People have to value the Grace of God before they are ready to receive it! Parallel Principals We speak to people all the time about our Reliv opportunity, whether we are coming from the angle of the products for better health or the business opportunity for better finances. Some people are ready to receive the information and others are not. Many people think thay are OK because they feel OK at that moment or they are in a job that is paying them a regular pay check at that moment. You can bring the reality to them and see if they are open to explore alternatives. However you cannot help that person if their mindset does not change, no matter how badly you want to help them. However there are those people who know something needs to change, they just don’t know how they were going to do it or how it was going to happen, these are the people you are looking for because they are ready to hear the message of Reliv. We are in a people search business, so do not be surprised when the majority of people you speak to want to stay in their comfort zones. We are not looking for the majority, we are looking for the minority who are looking for change without excuses! ***************************************** Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv **************************************** We have just come out of a period of Passover, a time when we remember the death and resurrection of Jesus the Christ, the precious lamb of God and our Passover lamb.
Just as is Exodus 12 when the children of Israel were instructed to place the blood of the Passover lamb on the door and the mantles of their houses, so that the death angel would Passover that house and the people of that house were protected, so to as we accept the work of the cross and apply the blood of Jesus to our hearts, we too are protected from the death our sins required: Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Just as the Children of Israel were required for the next 7 days to eat bread without yeast or leaven and also remove any leaven from their homes, as leaven was symbolic of corruption, so God used it to signify Israel being removed from the corruption of Egypt. So to, when Jesus was put into the tomb, his physical body did for see corruption, as he is our unleavened bread and has taken us out of the corruption of this world: Joh 6:47 Truly, truly, I say to you, He who believes on Me has everlasting life. Joh 6:48 I am the Bread of life. Joh 6:49 Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and died. Joh 6:50 This is the Bread which comes down from Heaven, so that a man may eat of it and not die. Joh 6:51 I am the Living Bread which came down from Heaven. If anyone eats of this Bread, he shall live forever. And truly the bread that I will give is My flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. As with everything, Satan has tried to hijack Passover with his own perversion of it, but we thank God for his Holy Spirit which leads us into all truth. I want to share with you an analogy which God gave me many years ago about the state of our lives and why we need a Passover Lamb: It is called “ The Messy House” The Messy house (This represents the world). A people live in a house and this house is full of mess. There are pets everywhere, rubbish on the floor, un washed dishes everywhere, old food everywhere etc. The people Who live in this house, most of them are blatantly happy In the mess, so much so that they no longer see it as mess but as 'New Vou Style'. Others in the house See the Mess and once thought it was ok, but now are Changing their attitude by trying to live Cleaner. So they start Covering the seats before Sitting down, putting Clean food on the dirty Plates Instead of eating the dirty food and also putting on Clean clothes, even though they never have a Shower or a bath. The people have lived this way for so long that it is beginning to effect the physical Structure of the building. Finally the owners of the building call the environmental health people in. When they arrive they cannot believe what they are seeing. They speak to all the people of the house and explain the danger of living this way. Some listen, but most do not, still trying to Justify their lifestyle by Saying "as far as l am Concerned I am not hurting anyone Just as long as i stay in my own room, it is up to me how i live my life, so I don't need any environmental health person telling me how to live my life. Besides my life style is New Vou". The Ones who listen are cleaned up fully showered, all of their clothes and things completely washed clean. Then they are taught how to continue to live this way. They are then moved to a new address and any of their old Stuff, which they did not need is left in the old house. The people who stay in the old house eventually all die from Ecolli and other hygiene related diseases. The house is in such a state that after the last dead body is removed, the whole house has to be knocked down and a new one erected In its place. This is a picture of this world and what God did for man and What he is going to do to the earth. This is why we need a Passover Lamb. As John said when he saw Jesus: Joh 1:29 The next day John sees Jesus coming to him and says, Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! Parallel Principals Many people are in jobs and careers for years, working for the same type of income, which is called Linear Income. Trading their time for someone else’s money, assuming that the income will always be there. They think that way because from the earliest years in school, that is how they have been trained to think. This is why when you share the Reliv business opportunity with people many people do not want to listen, or they are so sold into linear income that they dismiss it as something not serious and only desperate people do. In a way they are right, because the people who are successful in building a Reliv business or any business, are people who are desperate about changing their situations and failure is not an option. You see, first of all a person needs to understand that they are in a messy financial house, then they have to be willing to be cleaned up. After that, they need to be prepared to move address, never to return to the old address and leave all of the old rubbish that was hindering them financially in the old house. The Reliv opportunity allows a person to do just that and at the same time encouraging them to reach down and help others out of that same “Messy House” *************************************************** Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv *************************************************** |
