As people made in the image of God, we are called to be leaders: Gen 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them havedominionover the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. Deu 28:13 And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them: We are ambassadors of Christ The bible says to be in the world but not of the world, this is because we are Gods representatives, his ambassadors and as such we need to be leaders. Because you are called to be leaders your excuses are unacceptable to God because there is work he wants us to do. The harvest is plenty but the labourers are few (Mat 9:37). A good example of this is Moses: Moses commissioning: Exo 3:10 And now go, and I will send you to Pharaoh, that you may bring forth My people, the sons of Israel, out of Egypt. Exo 3:11 And Moses said to God, Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the sons of Israel out of Egypt? Exo 3:12 And He said, I will be with you. And this shall be the sign to you that I have sent you: When you have brought forth the people out of Egypt, you shall serve God upon this mountain. Exo 3:13 And Moses said to God, Behold, when I come to the sons of Israel, and shall say to them, The God of your fathers has sent me to you, and they shall say to me, What is His name? What shall I say to them? Exo 3:14 And God said to Moses, I AM THAT I AM. And He said, So you shall say to the sons of Israel, I AM has sent me to you. God also went on to explain about the blessings that the people will get coming out of Egypt and you know what Moses response was? Moses's answer Exo 4:1 And Moses answered and said, But, behold, they will not believe me nor listen to my voice. For they will say, Jehovah has not appeared to you. Qualities of a leader:

It is God’s desire that you prosper in every area of your life:
The 3 folded cord of prosperity John speaking to the church says in 3 John 1:2 “Beloved, in regard to all things I pray that you prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers. “ Jesus says in John 10:10 “The thief does not come except to steal and to kill and to destroy. I have come so that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” So lets look at it in perspective, because God is a God of order and has principals which we need to adopt in order to gain his promises: Don’t worry Mat 6:32 For the nations seek after all these things. For your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. Mat 6:33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you. Effort is needed Pro 10:4 Sloth makes you poor; diligence brings wealth. 2Co 9:6 But I say this, He who sows sparingly shall also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully shall also reap bountifully. (This was speaking of external sowing but can also be applied to internal sowing as a principal) Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0cm; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language:#0400; mso-fareast-language:#0400; mso-bidi-language:#0400;} The 6 areas of Prosperity: (6 being the number of man: Man is triune as Gods is Triune, we are: Spirit, Soul and Body. God created Man and Woman, Man first, triune then Woman, triune. Then the brought them together and the two became 1 flesh trune compound unity. Therefore the completion of man is both male and female, the fusing of two compound unities into 1 compound unity, making in total 6 elements. That is why man was created on the 6th day and the number of man is 6). The 6 areas of Prosperity:

It is no longer good for anything, but to be thrown out and to be trodden underfoot by men. Mat 5:14 You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Mat 5:15 Nor do men light a lamp and put it under the grain-measure, but on a lampstand. And it gives light to all who are in the house. Mat 5:16 Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in Heaven. Our live are constantly being transformed into the image of Jesus Rom 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Rom 8:29 For whom He foreknew, He also predestinated to be conformed to the image of His Son, for Him to be the First-born among many brothers. 1Co 15:49 And according as we bore the image of the earthy man, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly Man. Having the right attitude Psa 84:10 For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. Psa 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. Psa 84:12 O LORD of hosts, blessed is the man that trusteth in thee. Parallel principal for our business.

Deut 28: 9-14 “Deu 28:9 The LORD will establish you as a people holy to himself, as he has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the LORD your God and walk in his ways. Deu 28:10 And all the peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the LORD, and they shall be afraid of you. Deu 28:11 And the LORD will make you abound in prosperity, in the fruit of your womb and in the fruit of your livestock and in the fruit of your ground, within the land that the LORD swore to your fathers to give you. Deu 28:12 The LORD will open to you his good treasury, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hands. And you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. Deu 28:13 And the LORD will make you the head and not the tail, and you shall only go up and not down, if you obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you today, being careful to do them, Deu 28:14 and if you do not turn aside from any of the words that I command you today, to the right hand or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them. “ We need to know the promises of God in our lives (Remember: Ephesians 2: 12-14 talking about be grafted into the promises) A strong leader:

“Rom 6:13 And do not give your bodies to sin as the instruments of wrong doing, but give yourselves to God, as those who are living from the dead, and your bodies as instruments of righteousness to God. “
“Rom 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, pleasing to God, which is your reasonable service. Rom 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, in order to prove by you what is that good and pleasing and perfect will of God. “
“Eph 5:18 And do not be drunk with wine, in which is excess, but be filled with the Spirit, Eph 5:19 speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; Eph 5:20 always giving thanks for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,”
