The SIN SeparationThere is a disease that affects every single person on the planet; this disease is so contagious that if exposed to it for too long, it can completely destroy a person and everyone around them. It is one of those diseases that a person doesn’t even know that they are sick, until it is too late!
That disease is called SIN S: Satan’s I: Initiated N: Nonsense Playing around with sin is the most dangerous thing we can do because it is never a level playing field. On of the things that may Pastor says is this: “Sin will take you further than you wanted to go, keep you longer than you intended to stay and cost you more than you were prepared to paid” The Bible in Roman 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord There are consequences for our actions, this is why until a person truly repents of their sins, they cannot be saved. Repentance is not just saying sorry because you have been caught, repentance is being truly remorseful about what you have done, having a godly sorrow: 2Corinthian 7:10 For having sorrow in a godly way results in repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regrets. But the sorrow of the world produces death You cannot fake that, this is not going to confession once a week to appease your conscience, this is an identification of your site, where you are at that very moment and having a strong desire to change. Your can break REPENT into two sections: 1. RE – Turn around 2. PENT – Walk on a higher level The enemy would want you to believe that your sins are so great that there is no point in repenting, he wants you to condemn yourself. However Jesus says otherwise and he says: Mathew 7:28-30 Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke a on you and learn from me, because I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and my load is not hard to carry. Jesus came for the lost but first we have to admit that we are lost and once we do that and we decide to surrender our lives over to him and let him lead us, he says this through the apostle Paul: Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. You see, if you have a disease but you never see a doctor or go to hospital, then eventually you will die. Unfortunately we live in a world that promotes the message that you don’t need the doctor of our souls or his hospital. However it does promote, synthetic ways of trying to sort out our problems, through different religious systems and alternative lifestyle choices, all of which comes with some serious side effects, with the most serious one being DEATH! We need to take the natural approach, and that is the one established and promoted by the creator of the universe, the God who loved us that much that he would come down to where we are, to do the ultimate act of love, and that is to die for us. However in doing that he bought us back from a situation that we created. Now that is a God I want to serve! Parallel Principals We are building our businesses in the Wellness Industry, the Wellness Industry is diametrically apposed to the Pharmaceutical Industry. One is dealing with allowing the body to fix itself through its own physiology and the other is dealing with sickness or disease management. One empowers the body, the other has side effects to the body. People have been so conditions to taking synthetic drugs, that many times they do not see the value in good nutrition. This is the hardest part about what we do, because you can only help those people that want to be helped. Some times it takes a very bad situation to occur before they recognize that they have to do something. It is the same with the business, people have been so conditioned to trading their time for someone else’s money, that it can sometimes take a very desperate situation to occur in order them to understand they need to be doing something different. Lets not wait for things to get so bad that it forces us to do something, but lets be forward thinkers and help others to be the same. Building this business causes us to have a serious impact on other people’s lives, so lets build it correctly. *************************************************** Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv ***************************************************

Every single person who calls themselves a Christian has a story, that story is their journey to salvation and is called their testimony.
You see, nobody is born a Christian, so there is a point in everyone’s life that their change happened. It is always strange when I hear someone say they have always been a Christian, normally it is said when a person is trying to portray their lives as being nice and innocent. However, my bible tells me, we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Roman 3:23). In order for us to be truly saved, we have to be truly honest! Psalms 51: 6-7 Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom. Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow Sometimes people feel like because of what they have done in the past that God is finished with them, this could not be further from the truth. The enemy wants people to think that way because if he can get people thinking like that, they will never repent, because they will think, what’s the point. However the Bible gives people the chance to come as they are, BUT not to stay as they are. Change is the thing that causes heaven to be populated, change can turn a drug dealer into a Pastor, change can turn a womanizer into a faithful husband. Change can completely switch the end of the story and that change can only come through a true encounter with the Lord Jesus The Christ. Paul On The Road To Damascus Acts 9 4-5 He dropped to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, "Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?" He asked, "Who are you, Lord?" a The voice b said, "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting This encounter with Jesus completely changed Saul’s life, and when you are change by Jesus, he gives you a new name, so that was the start of Paul’s ministry. Through an encounter with the Lord, Jacob’s life was turned around and his name was changed from Jacob which means “trickster” to Israel which mean “Prince” Genesis 32:24-30 And Jacob was left alone. And a man wrestled with him until the breaking of the day. When the man saw that he did not prevail against Jacob, he touched his hip socket, and Jacob's hip was put out of joint as he wrestled with him. Then he said, “Let me go, for the day has broken.” But Jacob said, “I will not let you go unless you bless me.” And he said to him, “What is your name?” And he said, “Jacob.” Then he said, “Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but Israel, for you have striven with God and with men, and have prevailed.” Then Jacob asked him, “Please tell me your name.” But he said, “Why is it that you ask my name?” And there he blessed him. So Jacob called the name of the place Peniel, saying, “For I have seen God face to face, and yet my life has been delivered.” When a person has a true encounter with God they are changed and that change can be seen through new actions, they walk differently. As Christians we can be identified by our fruit, what our life produces. We are saved to serve which mirrors Jesus’s life. Jesus is looking for honest people who understand their change needs to happen. He is not looking for self righteous people who think they have arrived and nothing is wrong we them: Mark 2:17 When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance So change will happen if Jesus gets involved, so who have you been praying about? Do not give up! Their change will come Parallel Business Principals We are in a position to help people change their lives in their health and finances, but not everyone is going to want to change. So we are looking for those people who do. We need to have patience during this process or else we will not survive it. If we support people in the right way, change will happen. However people need to be honest and identify first there is a problem So do not chase after those people who do not want to change, focus on those who do. ************************************************************* Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv ************************************************************* First of all I would like to say, Happy New Year to everyone!
We have been blessed to see another year, which means God’s plan for our lives has not been fulfilled yet, we still have work to do. The beginning of the year is always a time where people make renewed promises to themselves, they are called New Years Resolutions. Unfortunately by March, many of those promises have slipped to the wayside. Too many people lack perseverance, so at the first sign of a challenge or test, they just give up. As believers we need to understand, that our tests and challenges are not meant to break us, but to develop us: Jas 1:12 Blessed is the man who endures temptation, because having been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. Jas 1:13 Let no one being tempted say, I am tempted from God. For God is not tempted by evils, and He tempts no one. Jas 1:14 But each one is tempted by his lusts, being drawn away and seduced by them. Jas 1:15 Then when lust has conceived, it brings forth sin. And sin, when it is fully formed, brings forth death. During these times of testing, we need to keep are eyes focus on God because if we don’t, our lower nature will take over and we will be drawn further away from God. No matter how bad it seems at the time, we need to persevere: 2Co 4:8 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 2Co 4:9 Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; 2Co 4:10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. Without a test, we do not have a testimony, so we have to be patient through the test. Of our own ability we would struggle, and this is why we need to rely on the Holy Spirit to give us the ability to do it. So as believers once we are filled with the spirit of God, we should be operating in the fruits of the spirit and one of those is Patients and Longsuffering or perseverance. Jesus is are perfect example of how to endure tests and temptations, you see God did not just tell us how to live, he showed us how to live and that is why he can relate to ALL of our struggles: Heb 4:15 Jesus understands every weakness of ours, because he was tempted in every way that we are. But he did not sin! Heb 4:16 So whenever we are in need, we should come bravely before the throne of our merciful God. There we will be treated with undeserved kindness, and we will find help. None of us know what this year is going to bring, there are many people that were around this time last year that are no longer with us. We need to maximize our lives and let God work through us: Eph 2:10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them. We need to build a closer relationship with our creator in the next 12 months, so that we can be more effective against the enemy, because as we stay under God’s covering this is where we get directed and protected: Psa 91:1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall rest under the shadow of the Almighty. Psa 91:2 I will say of Jehovah, my refuge and my fortress; my God; in Him I will trust. Psa 91:3 Surely He will deliver you from the fowler's trap and from the destroying plague. Psa 91:4 He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall trust. His truth shall be your shield, and buckler. God’s plan for us in 2014 is one of good, that does not mean we will not have any struggles, but what is does mean is that, through the struggles he will be taking care of us, and even if we do not understand why we are going through certain things, we should still trust him in it: Jer 29:11 For I know the purposes which I am purposing for you, says Jehovah; purposes of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Rom 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Parallel Principles At the beginning of this New Year, we need to forget about the challenges in 2013 and just look forward, because if you concentrate on the past, you will stay in the past. We cannot take away from what has happened, but we can influence what is yet to come! So what do you want to achieve in your Reliv business in 2014? What ever your goals are you need to have perseverance to see them fulfilled. You are going to get tested and challenged this year, you are going to get stretched. If you are expecting and problem free year, it is time to wake up to the reality of life. We need to get of minds geared for success, so that is recognizing, there are going to be good times and bad times and it is how you handle both of those times, which will determine whether or not you will be successful. Remember what the Bible says: (Paraphrased) ”Wide is the gate and broad is the way which leads to destruction and many people choose to go that way, but narrow is the gate and straight is the way which leads to salvation (or success) and only a few people are prepared to go down that road.” Which way will you take in 2014? ******************************************************* Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentors Reliv ******************************************************* |
