We live in a world where everyday people are running away from their futures and what I mean by that is, people do not know who they really are, so they just accept what this world says they are.
We get a lot messages passed to us in any given 24 hour period through people in the form of: conversations, advertising, education, religion and culture and all of these interactions over time shape who we are. All of these things create a lot of noise volume in our lives and within all of this noise God is trying to speak to us. Many times we get so caught up in the noise that it is impossible to hear what God is saying to us and the only way to hear God, is to lower the noise of this world. The noise stops us from truly knowing who we are and truly knowing who God is but the amazing thing is that, God loves us so much that he came to where we are to tune down our volume control so we can actually hear him. However, have you ever tried to turn down the volume control on somebody’s sound system who did not want it turned down? They can get pretty hostile, well that is exactly what happened when God came to where we were and in fact we ending up killing him. However he came show us another way, which leads to our real futures, but first he had to take away our biggest fear, which was death, So he conquered death by resurrecting himself to show us he has power over death and that our true future involves life not death. Then he put us on a journey of discovery so that we could start living out our true future of eternal life right here, helping others to understand also. However because of the pressures of conversations, advertising, education, religion and culture many people run away from their futures and what God wants them to be. A good example in the bible of this is Jonah. God’s love for his creation is so high that he wants people to change their ways, which are destroying them. So he uses people as his mouthpiece to convey that message: Eph 2:10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them. So in this case he wanted to use Jonah but Jonah did not want to go where God was sending him and he actually went in the opposite direction (sound familiar). However God used an extreme situation to get Jonah’s attention, a situation that Jonah probably thought was impossible to get out of. However God came through for him and he got back on the right road. Jer 29:11 For I know the purposes which I am purposing for you, says Jehovah; purposes of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Now Jonah was on the right road again walking towards the future God had for him and even though he still had lesson to learn on his journey, the result was a whole nation came to the knowledge of God and had their volume controls turned down because of Jonah no longer running away from his future and recognising who he was. You see: 1Pe 2:9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for possession, so that you might speak of the praises of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; 1Pe 2:10 you who then were not a people, but now the people of God, those not pitied then, but now pitied. 1Pe 2:11 Dearly beloved, I exhort you as temporary residents and pilgrims to abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul, 1Pe 2:12 having your conduct honest among the nations, in that which they speak against you as evildoers, they may glorify God in a day of His visitation, seeing your good works. So stop running from your future but embrace it and watch God work in your life. Parallel Principals Many people could have totally different life experiences if they just stopped listening to other peoples opinions and started focusing on their own futures. This is the biggest challenge to us as distributors as we share the Reliv business opportunity with people. Some people will never stop running away from their futures and there is nothing we can do about that. However there are others, may be in a extremely situation just like Jonah, but they are ready to make a change in their lives. These are the people we are looking for. As well as people who may not be in an extreme situation, but they do have the foresight to turn down the noise volume that is around them and open themselves up to opportunity. We are in a people search business and not everyone is going to be open to our message of hope in health and finances, but that does not stop us in our journey, but it should spur us on in our journey because lives are waiting to be changed simply through our obedience, persistency, consistency and determination. ******************************************************* Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv International ******************************************************

Time That Precious Commodity The most precious commodity we have is time, because time is the one thing that once it has gone we cannot get it back.
Many people live in the “Would Have, Could Have, Should Have”, they wish they would have accomplished something or another and now the time has gone and they live in regret. The only way to avoid this scenario is to live your live with a positive sense of urgency. Jesus lived his life this way because he understood the times, and the disciples also understood this, that is why when writing to the Corinthian church Paul wrote: 2Co 6:2 (For He says, "In an acceptable time I heard you, and in a day of salvation, I helped you;" Behold, now is the accepted time. Behold, now is the day of salvation.) Indecision is the major thing that holds people back and it is mainly a result of fear. Some people have to wait until everything is perfect before they a move. However that is not God way, because God made a huge decision when things were far from perfect and that was to come to where we were to save us: Rom 5:8 But God commends His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. You see, if you wait for the perfect time you will never do anything: Ecc 11:4 He who watches the wind shall not sow; and he who pays attention to the clouds shall not reap. Life is about taking risks, because it is the risk that allows us to trust God more, so we need to remove fear out of the way and step out in faith so that we can allow God to work in our lives. Satan would want us to waste time because he understands the more time we waste is the less likely it is that we will fulfil our God given destiny: Eph 1:5 having predestined us to the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, Eph 2:10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them. This is why Satan has setup his system of distraction and it is call modern entertainment. If he can get people to seek after fame or watch those people seeking after fame, then he can stop us from thinking about the deeper things and waste a lot of time. This is why there are so many things to entertain us, it is on tap, you can fulfil whatever entertainment desire you may have, it is just a button push away. On demand this and on demand that! If you can nullify the masses you can paralyse them and the saddest part is, most people are oblivious to what is going on. This is why we need to be like the man of Issachar, knowing the times and knowing what Israel should be doing. We need to know the times and understand what we should be doing. We live in the world but we are not of the world and the only way we can live like this is to have our minds renewed in the word of God. Eph 5:16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Eph 5:17 Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. Eph 5:18 And do not be drunk with wine, in which is excess, but be filled with the Spirit, Eph 5:19 speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; Eph 5:20 always giving thanks for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Eph 5:21 submitting yourselves to one another in the fear of God. Parallel Principals Many people waste a lot of time through procrastination, they know what they should be doing, but they find other things to fill their time. That is the biggest killer in our business because the only way a person is going to be successful in building their Reliv business is through, Consistency, Persistency and Determination. We need to understand that the thing which produces growth in our businesses is when we are out there speaking to people, sowing seeds. Everything else may be good but it is not causing growth. People use fear to stop them making the decisions that will advance them, they use it too: 1. Not talk to anyone 2. Not plug into the system 3. Not come into the business 4. Not to upgrade to MA 5. Sit down and just watching their MA order 6. Make excuses 7. Point the finger Time is too short for all these things and it is the only commodity we cannot get back. So, have a sense of urgency, trust God and change your results. ************************************************* Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Every single one of us who have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as our PERSONAL saviour has two stories to tell:
1. What our lives were like before 2. What our lives are like how. There are tangible changes that we and other people can identify with, we are different: 2Co 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. Some people came from what some may call very destructive lifestyle, so they were into drugs, alcohol, wild parties, basically fast living. Then there are others who came from more calmer backgrounds, so they may not have lived that wild lifestyles but they may have told the odd lie here are there or had resentment against someone, been a gossipers maybe a little dishonest with money, etc. However in God’s eyes both of those lifestyles were very destructive and were leading to death and this is why he came to save us from sin and from ourselves. Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. So when we recognised that he paid a price for our sins, which we could not afford, the result of that should be praise and worship. King David, after he had been discovered as having a man killed so he should take his wife, was so broken and repentant about his lifestyle that he cried to God to “ Create in me a clean heart and renew a right spirit in me”. He was basically asking to be BORN AGAIN. He then went on to say: Psa 51:11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Psa 51:12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. Psa 51:13 Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee. He was basically going on to say, if you forgive me, my lifestyle will reflect my confession and people that don’t know you will be attracted to you. He was describing the life that every believer should be living. David as a result of his repentance wrote some amazing psalms of praise to the Lord. Our praise should be natural, based out of a relationship with God, not out of following a religious system. We should love God for who he is not just for what he does. Unfortunately a lot of times our praise is re-active instead of pro-active, in other words we praise because he did this or he did that. However if we would just praise God for being God, he would do those things anyway. Many times the things that we pray about over and over again, if we would just pray for them once and then get into the area of praise and worship and thanking God for answered prayer, through faith, we would see a lot more results. Jas 5:16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. So in all that we do we should bless the lord: Psa 103:1 Of David. Bless Jehovah, O my soul, and all within me, bless His holy name. Psa 103:2 Bless Jehovah, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits; Psa 103:3 He who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases; Psa 103:4 who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with kindness and tender mercies; Psa 103:5 who satisfies your desire with good; your youth is renewed like the eagle's. Psa 103:6 Jehovah works righteousness and judgments for all the oppressed. Psa 103:7 He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the sons of Israel. Psa 103:8 Jehovah is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and of abundant mercy. Psa 103:9 He will not always chasten, nor will He keep His anger forever. Psa 103:10 He has not done to us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. Psa 103:11 For as the heavens are above the earth, so is His mercy mighty over those who fear Him. Psa 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. So why do we praise God? Because he is GOD! Parallel Principals Why do we promote Reliv?
