We live in a fallen world and because of the state of this world things are going to go wrong. Being a Christian does not exclude you this, it just gives us the means to respond better in the situation when it happens.
We need to live in the real world and not have our heads in the clouds thinking that just because we went through our prayer of salvation, that life is going to be a bed of roses. Jesus said when praying to the Father: Joh 17:15 I do not pray for You to take them out of the world, but for You to keep them from the evil. This is the reality of life, we all have a choice to live with the attitudes of this world which are governed by Satan or to live with a heavenly mentality, which is directed by the Holy Spirit. When you have a heavenly mentality, when things go wrong, you do not fall apart, but you respond and you are able to do this by applying the word of God to the situation e.g. You have a working knowledge of Romans 8:28 and Jeremiah 29:11 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. For I know the purposes which I am purposing for you, says Jehovah; purposes of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. You see, when you have a working knowledge of those two scriptures the way you deal with situations completely changes. That does not mean to say when unsuspecting things happen, that the initial shock is not there, but it does mean that you get over the initial shock quicker and then start operating in Faith, Hope and Trust for the situation. All of this stems out of a real relationship with God. Most times many people only go to God when they want something and not to give him anything. That is why it is easy to get prayer requests but not that easy to give praise reports, giving God and God only the glory for the victory in various situations. However when you have a daily walk with God, you are aware that he is also by your side and NOTHING can separate you from his love (Roman 8:35-39). And because God love us, he will: Protect Us, Provide for us, Healing us, Shield us, Direct us, Teach us, Warn us, Show us, Forgive us, Correct us and Establish us. He is our El Shaddai! (All sufficient one!) To be a Christian, is to be living a life of victory, being an over comer and we overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and the Word of Our Testimony. (Rev 12:11). This is way our lives should be filled with joy, and joy is completely different from happiness, happiness is dependent of happenings where as joy springs out of a inner knowledge of who God is. That is why the bible says: Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength. ( Nehemiah 8:10) Parallel Principals When we are building this business, we have to live in the real world and the reality is, people are going to say NO to you, they are going to be NEGATIVE about your business. They are going to say NO to your product and they are going to be NEGATIVE about your product. However, when you know what you have in your hands, you will be able to deal with the negativity a lot better. If you do not learn how to deal with the negative, your career building a Reliv business will be very short. People live in ignorance and many times they let their ignorance stop them from even opening their eyes to look, but for those who do, their lives get turned around. Remember we are only the messengers, we cannot control the response of the ears that hear the message. That does not stop us from giving the message though. The system allows us to gain the confidence to deliver the message of Reliv and that is why we need to build our businesses within the system. Your success in this business is going to be a direct reflecting on your actions and your relationship to the system. So everyday be consistent with your actions to build your business and learn how to use the system in to most effective way. ******************************************************************* Jason Gregory Mentor to people in their health and finances www.visionarys.ws ********************************************************************

We are called to be completely dependent on God but interdependent on each other, this is why it is so important that as fellow brothers and sisters of the faith that we are united.
Psa 133:1 Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! Eph 4:3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. Eph 4:4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; Eph 4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, Eph 4:6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. When we fellowship together, we bring all of our personal experiences into one place and we are able to encourage one another and see how God has been working in each one of our lives. It helps to sharpen us as we share testimony of God’s goodness. We need to understand as believers that we are not on our own in this walk with God but we are part of a larger community of people who through the bond of love are there for each other. That community is strengthen and identified through love. Therefore if there is someone who says they are part of the community but the way they live their lives is not out of a core motive of love, then they identify themselves as not being part of that community, no matter what comes out of their mouths. Joh 13:35 By this all shall know that you are My disciples, if you have love toward one another. My family and I had the privilege and spending the day last week with a family who are part of my team. We went to their church in the morning, we broke bread afterwards and we relaxed in their home sharing life experiences and talking about the goodness of God. On reflecting on that time I began to realise that this is a family that I did not know before, but through the bond of love, we are going to know each other throughout the whole of eternity. Some of the most precious times we can have on this planet is when we are fellowshipping with other believers in the presence of the most High God. Paul knew this and you can sense his longing for fellowship when you read some of his letters sometimes to encourage and other times to correct: 1Co 1:10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. 1Co 11:2 Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you. 1Co 11:33 Wherefore, my brethren, when ye come together to eat, tarry one for another. 1Co 14:26 How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying. Gal 4:20 I desire to be present with you now, and to change my voice; for I stand in doubt of you. Php 3:17 Brothers, be imitators together of me, and mark those who walk this way, for you have us for a pattern. Php 3:18 (For many are walking, of whom I have told you often and now tell you even weeping, as the enemies of the cross of Christ; 1Th 2:17 But, my brothers, when we were taken away from you for an hour's time (in presence, not in heart), more abundantly we were eager with much desire to see your face. You can sense Paul’s passion for the people he is writing to and his desire to have fellowship with them. When believers come together there is power in that dynamic and this is why the enemy does not want us to fellowship together. However God called us to fellowship, so never lets us neglect the coming together of the saints of God. Parallel Principles Coming together to share stories: This is the power of our business and why it works. The people who grow the largest cheques with Reliv and the people who learn how to share the most amount of stories. Encouraging one another: There is a statement that you hear some ambassadors say and that is “When you are feeling down, you speak to your upline and when you are feeling up you speak to your downline” We are in a people’s business, so the more you learn about people is more successful you will be. This is why it is so important in our Reliv businesses that we come together on the Tuesday’s and Saturday’s and on the Monday Call. Helping one another: Reliv is unique in that we work cross lines, you do not have to be financially connected with someone for that person to help you. That is an attitude of giving and as the scriptures say, “if you give you shall receive.” Supporting Another: The way the company has designed their comp plan is in such a way that, if you are not helping other people to grow, your success is limited. This is why it is so important to be able to identify you goals and then take yourself out of the equation and help someone else achieve theirs. Working together: Remember, all boats rise with the tide. Loving another: Love is the most powerful force on the planet, so if you want to infuse your business with the ultimate power source, when make sure everything you do in your business is out of the core motive of LOVE. ******************************************************************* Jason Gregory Mentor to people in their health and finances www.visionarys.ws ******************************************************************** Joh 10:11 I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd lays down His life for the sheep. Joh 10:12 But he who is a hireling and not the shepherd, who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and runs away. And the wolf catches them and scatters the sheep. Joh 10:13 The hireling flees, because he is a hireling and does not care for the sheep. Joh 10:14 I am the Good Shepherd, and I know those that are Mine, and I am known by those who are Mine. We live in a world where there is a lot on confusion caused by the enemy in his attempt to keep people out of the kingdom. Many people coming up with their own roads to God or as the new agers say “ You are your own god” The gospel is a simple message but man in his pomp and arrogance has tried to complicate it, trying to intellectualise it with their philosophical theories. Wolves have come in and lead many astray. The main reason why people get tricked is, they trade love for charisma. Anybody can stand before you and sound good, but it is not about the nice words and how they can inspire you, it is about the underlining motive, which should be love. Once you truly know God, you know Love and God is Love : 1Jn 4:16 And we have known and believed the love that God has in us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him. The danger behind trying to complicate the gospel is it rules out the majority of people from being able to follow and understand it and this is not what Jesus came to do and it is not what the disciples did: 1Co 2:1 And I, brothers, when I came to you, did not come with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring to you the testimony of God. 1Co 2:2 For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. 1Co 2:3 And I was with you in weakness and in fear, and in much trembling. 1Co 2:4 And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, 1Co 2:5 so that your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. 1Co 2:6 But, we speak wisdom among those who are perfect; yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the rulers of this world, that come to nothing. If we would just truly submit our lives to God, resist the devil and all he offers, he will have to flee, the scriptures say. However that submission is a choice on our part. When we know the way, we would be mad to come of the path, no matter how enticing an alternative route looks. People are always looking for short cuts, which eventually get them even more lost, moving them further and further away from the shepherds voice. Once that wolf gets you to move far enough away from the shepherd, that is when he devours you. Love is the key and when listening or following anyone, you should judge them against God’s standard of love and allow the Holy Spirit to minister to you and give you discernment about the motive of that person: 1Jn 4:1 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but try the spirits to see if they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 1Jn 4:2 By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God; 1Jn 4:3 and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the antichrist you heard is coming, and even now is already in the world. Parallel Principles In this business you are going to come across many different types of people, some good and some bad. You will come across people that will not want to do things the Reliv way because their way is better and will get quicker results. People who will tell you, “You don’t want to be doing Reliv because you can make more money doing X,Y,Z” There are always going to be wolves in sheep’s clothing, whose only motive is to lead you astray for the simple reason to make money off the back of you. People will talk to you about competing products and different theories of wellness, but this is when your wall of belief has to be strong enough to resist that message. The way you do that is by saturating yourself with the stories, the reality of what has happened to real people. You need to be strong and have the right posture when people come to you with these messages. If you do not know what to stand for, you will fall for anything! The Reliv system is in place for long term success not short term fix, so once you understand to path, stay on it! ******************************************************************* Jason Gregory Mentor to people in their health and finances www.visionarys.ws ******************************************************************** |
