Whether or not we care to acknowledge it, there is an unseen battle going on in the spirit realm with the forces of evil vs. the forces of good. This is a very real battle and it effects what happens in our reality. This may seem Sci-Fi or Hollywood, but do not be mistaken, there is a very real battle going on and it is for every soul on this planet. People have been conditions by the media to see anything spiritual as friction and made up, not realizing that all of ideas being portrayed in films and TV programs etc and the music scene, have been heavily influenced by the spirit realm and it is part of the attack. A lot of the mainstream celebrities that people look up have openly admitted that they have opened themselves up to the spiritual realm. However people are too blinded by the seduction of their gift to even recognize what they are saying. We live in the internet age, where access to information and communication is greater than any other time in human history. This increases the intensity of the attack, however it also increases the opportunity for the gospel to be spread. Through all of this, God is still in control and nothing has taken him by surprise and as the enemy has stepped up his game, God’s game has always been on point. As Christians we have to see through spiritual eyes as well as natural eyes and if we do that, we will not just see what is in front of us, but we will see the spiritual influences. This will allow us to walk in the authority God has given us and to join this spiritual battle through prayer: 2Co 10:4 For the weapons of our warfare are not those of the world. Instead, they have the power of God to demolish fortresses. We tear down arguments 2Co 10:5 and every proud obstacle that is raised against the knowledge of God, taking every thought captive in order to obey the Messiah. 2Co 10:6 Once your obedience is complete, we will be ready to reprimand every type of disobedience. A perfect example which gives us some insight into the war going on is, what was revealed to Daniel when he prayed in Babylon: Daniel 10:1 Daniel’s Vision In the third year of Cyrus, king of Persia, a message was revealed to Daniel (also known as Belteshazzar). The message was trustworthy and concerned a great conflict. He understood it and had insight concerning the vision. Dan 10:2 “At that time I, Daniel, had been mourning for three straight weeks. Dan 10:3 I ate no fancy foods—neither meat nor wine entered my mouth. Furthermore, I didn’t use any ointment until the end of the entire three weeks. Dan 10:4 On the twenty-fourth day of the first month, while I was beside the bank of the great Tigris River, Dan 10:5 I lifted up my eyes to look—and behold!—there was a certain man dressed in linen, whose waist was encircled with gold from Uphaz. Dan 10:6 His body was like beryl, his face flashed like lightning, his eyes were like flaming torches, his arms and legs were like polished bronze, and his speech roared like that of a crowd. Dan 10:7 “Now I, Daniel, was the only one to receive the vision—the men who were with me didn’t see it. However, an enormous fear overwhelmed them, so they ran away to hide, Dan 10:8 and I was left alone to observe this magnificent vision. Nevertheless, no strength remained in me—my face lost its color, and I became weak. Dan 10:9 As I listened to the sound of his words, I fell down on my face unconscious, with my face to the ground.” Dan 10:10 Daniel is Given Understanding “All of a sudden, a hand touched me and lifted me upon my hands and knees. Dan 10:11 He told me, ‘Daniel, man highly regarded, understand the message that I’m about to relate to you. Stand up, because I’ve been sent to you.’ When he spoke this statement to me, I stood there trembling. Dan 10:12 “‘Don’t be afraid, Daniel,’ he told me, ‘because from the first day that you committed yourself to understand and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard. I’ve come in answer to your prayers. Dan 10:13 However, the prince of the kingdom of Persia opposed me for 21 days. Then—look!—Michael, one of the chief angels, came to assist me. I had been detained there near the kings of Persia. Dan 10:14 Now I’ve come to help you understand what will happen to your people in the days to come, because the vision pertains to those days.’ Another good insight is when Elisha asked God to open up the spiritual eyes of his servant, when all his servant could see was what was in front of him: 2Ki 6:15 And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do? 2Ki 6:16 And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. 2Ki 6:17 And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha. God protects us against what we can see, but also against what we cannot see, this is why it is so important to hide ourselves in the secret places of the Most High as it says in Psalms 91. The battle is not ours, it is the Lords, this is why we do not have to fear what the enemy can do to us, because just as long as we stay in our spiritual covering, he cannot get to us. Zec 4:6 Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. Zec 4:7 Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it. Whatever the spiritual attack is, it is not going to be by your strength that you overcome but by the strength you are tapping into. So many people try to deal with things in their own strength and that is way they fail, but God is calling us to Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding and if we spend time to get to know him, we will be MORE than conquers because of the blood of Jesus! Parallel Business Principles In our business, it is not designed for you to do it by yourself and if you try to you will fail. It is designed for you to do it with a lot of help and support. There are so many things that will come against you to try and get you to quit but you have to tap into the source that has been provided for you, which is your upline support team. When you use your Upline and the system, you will be protected against the things blatantly in front of you but also the things that come which you were not excepting. Success is not going to happen simply because of your own efforts, it is going to be because of a combined effort of a lot of people. So do not believe the naysayers and all the negative, ignorant people that think they know but don’t; BUT believe in your personal WHY, your vision and your desire to see the end result, and in all thing glorify God! ********************************** Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv **********************************

Everyday every individual on this planet whether born again or not experiences God’s mercy, but only the born again believer experiences God’s Grace.
There is a big difference between believing in God and knowing that God reigns supreme over your life. Many times the reason we do not get the victory in certain areas of our lives is because God does not reign supreme in our lives. God wants us to understand that if we hide ourselves in him there is nothing we cannot accomplish, there is nothing that can defeat us and there is nothing that he will not do for us. This is what Psalms 91 is all about, this one Psalm alone should be enough for us to understand that we need to let him reign supreme in our lives. Too many times people love to say the words but do not back it up with the actions. However the beauty about our God is he is the God of second chances, he does not strike us off because of our short comings, but he shows us grace and mercy so that through the blood of Jesus we can stay Justified and set a part unto him. We are not perfect but we are in the process of being perfected, this is why God will allow us to be tempted and tested by the enemy, but through all of this he is still in control because he will not allow us to be tested beyond what we can take: 1Co_10:13 No temptation has overtaken you that is unusual for human beings. But God is faithful, and he will not allow you to be tempted beyond your strength. Instead, along with the temptation he will also provide a way out, so that you may be able to endure it. To reign is to have it all under control, therefore nothing takes God by surprise! That sickness you are going through, God already knew about it, that death in your family, God knew that too. Challenges at work or in your business, God has allowed it and is using it to build character in you to set you up for success. However you have to believe that and walk by faith and not by sight: Rom 8:28 And we know that for those who love God, that is, for those who are called according to his purpose, all things are working together for good. To allow God to reign in your life is to give him full access and that means complete submission to his will, but if we do this, the byproduct is this: Jas_4:7 Therefore, submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will run away from you. Submission allows God to now defend you correctly without you impeding the process, remember the battle is not yours, it is the Lords. When you know Gods reigns supreme in your life you will worship him in spirit and in truth, you will not have any spiritual arrogance or a sense of spiritual superiority gained out of a legalistic observance of the law or church activity. Having God reign over your life bring liberty because you are truly being lead by his spirit: 2Co_3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. We should have the confidence in our God reigns no matter what the situation we are going through, no matter who is saying what or doing what. We are Kingdom people and as Kingdom people we fall under the protection of the KING! This world will try to lie to us because the enemy uses it as a tool to distract us, however if we continue to look up we will be directed, instead of being depressed because we are looking inwardly or being confused because we are looking outwardly. So matter what you go through this week and beyond, no matter what it looks like on the outside. No matter what people say to you or are saying to you, never forget this one ultimate truth: OUR GOD REIGNS! Parallel Business Principles God is interested in all aspects of your life, yes even your business, so let him reign in this area as well. Many times our failures are as a result of God not being allowed to reign in our businesses. You will know if he is reigning in this area because you will work like you are working unto the Lord and you will have a spirit of excellence about what you do. Knowing God is reigning on your business will stop you from acting in fear and being all negative about your future or about your success. Knowing God reigns in your Reliv business will cause you to go out and help more people. This is the power of letting God Reign in your life ********************************* Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv ******************************** As human being we love to use the phrase “I Love you” a lot, sometimes it just rolls off the tongue so easily. However if we stopped to real think of the gravity of what that really meant, we would probably use it less frequently.
A lot of the time people’s use of it is quite reactive, in other words, I love you because you’ve done this for me, so their love is conditional on what they can get out of it. Other times the phrase can be used as a form of control to manipulate people into doing what they want, so again the motive is quite selfish. However true love is not self-serving and it is unconditional. We get our perfect example from our creator himself, who loved us so unconditionally that even when we showed him hate and contempt, he still died for us: Rom 5:6 ¶ For at just the right time, while we were still powerless, the Messiah died for the ungodly. Rom 5:7 For it is rare for anyone to die for a righteous person, though somebody might be brave enough to die for a good person. Rom 5:8 But God demonstrates his love for us by the fact that the Messiah died for us while we were still sinners. That was such a powerful act of unconditional love, which proved without any doubt that our creator would go to any length to redeem us back to himself. To truly love someone is to be willing to put your life on the line for them, today love is thrown around like a linking word to connect sentences, but that word is way deeper than that. True love is demonstrated through actions and you cannot force someone to love you, they either do or they don’t. Just think about how any people in your life have said to you that they love you and then reflect on how they acted towards you. Now you decide, were their actions unconditional and not self serving? In a selfish world the thing that will make an individual stand out is how much they are willing to love. Even Christians, when sharing the gospel, you can do it out of a since of spiritual superiority or out of a desire to be right and prove a person wrong, or you can do it out of love and genuine concern for that person’s eternal soul. If the latter is the case, then your lifestyle and general attitude will reflect the words that come out of your mouth. Remember the Scribes and the Pharisees would love to tell people how they should be living, they looked very religious and proclaimed to follow the law. They were always studying the scriptures, saying long prayer and fasting and yet Jesus called them White Washed Sepulchers! Mat 23:24 You blind guides! You filter out a gnat, yet swallow a camel! Mat 23:25 “How terrible it will be for you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and the plate, but on the inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence. Mat 23:26 You blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup, so that its outside may also be clean. Mat 23:27 “How terrible it will be for you, scribes and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs that look beautiful on the outside but inside are full of dead people’s bones and every kind of impurity. Mat 23:28 In the same way, on the outside you look righteous to people, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness. The Bible, in the book of Corinthians give us the perfect plum line for love: 1Co 13:1 The Supremacy of Love If I speak in the languages of humans and angels but have no love, I have become a reverberating gong or a clashing cymbal. 1Co 13:2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can understand all secrets and every form of knowledge, and if I have absolute faith so as to move mountains but have no love, I am nothing. 1Co 13:3 Even if I give away everything that I have and sacrifice myself, but have no love, I gain nothing. 1Co 13:4 Love is always patient; love is always kind; love is never envious or arrogant with pride. Nor is she conceited, 1Co 13:5 and she is never rude; she never thinks just of herself or ever gets annoyed. She never is resentful; 1Co 13:6 is never glad with sin; she’s always glad to side with truth, and pleased that truth will win. 1Co 13:7 She bears up under everything; believes the best in all; there is no limit to her hope, and never will she fall. 1Co 13:8 Love never fails. Now if there are prophecies, they will be done away with. If there are languages, they will cease. If there is knowledge, it will be done away with. 1Co 13:9 For what we know is incomplete and what we prophesy is incomplete. 1Co 13:10 But when what is complete comes, then what is incomplete will be done away with. 1Co 13:11 When I was a child, I spoke like a child, thought like a child, and reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up my childish ways. 1Co 13:12 Now we see only an indistinct image in a mirror, but then we will be face to face. Now what I know is incomplete, but then I will know fully, even as I have been fully known. 1Co 13:13 Right now three things remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love. Parallel Business Principles One of the things that I love about building a Reliv business is, in order for a person to be successful; the genuine love for other people’s success has to be drawn out of you. The love for wanting to see people’s results on the products also has to be drawn out of you. All of this is reflected on how you do your follow up with your customers and distributors. This is normally the place where people fall over, because this is the place that requires extra effort. You see getting a customer or a distributor, that is the easy part, the challenge is what you do with them once they are onboard. A selfish person will not build a Reliv business long term and they will also not be able to retain a customer base long term. People buy from people they genuinely like and feel that genuinely care about them. People also join people in business that they genuinely feel have got their best interests at heart and can take them where they want to go. Love for either of those things will cause you to learn the necessary skills needed to delivery in both of those areas. ******************************************** Jason Gregory Business Coach & Mentor Reliv ******************************************* |
