There are going to be so many things that will present themselves to you in this life that will try and get you to compromise your faithfulness to God. However in this time of testing, this is when what really is inside will come out.
God already knows where our heart is because he is omniscience, however when we get tested it is because he wants us to know where our heart is at. This is why he asked the following question to Adam and Eve in the garden: Gen 3:6 When the woman saw that the tree produced good food, was attractive in appearance, and was desirable for making one wise, she took some of its fruit and ate it. Then she also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate some, too. Gen 3:7 As a result, they both understood what they had done, and they became aware that they were naked. So they sewed fig leaves together and made loincloths for themselves. Gen 3:8 When they heard the voice of the Lord God as he was walking in the garden during the breeze of the day, the man and his wife concealed themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden. Gen 3:9 So the Lord God called out to the man, asking him, “Where are you?” Faithfulness is God’s requirement and Fruitfulness is his reward! If Adam and Eve remained faithful, then the fall of man would never have happened and the human race would have been fruitful in Eden, which mean “God’s Presence” The problem is many times we try to operate outside of God directions but convince ourselves that we operating in his will. This is why I am so grateful for the intervention of Jesus, which bridged the gap between God and man and by HIS grace, God allows us to make mistakes and as long as we live a life of repentance, then through those mistakes we develop closer and closer to where God wants us to be. The areas that we need to be faithful in are: With our time With our efforts With our worship With our bodies With our Finances/Sources If we can be trusted with a little, then God will also trust us with much. How can we be trusted with eternal life when we cannot even be trusted with 3 Score and 10 (70 Years) We need to stop justifying our excuses and be honesty before God, because he knows the truth anyway. We need to hand our fears and concerns over to him and allow him to prove himself faithful through these situations. We need to operate in faith because faith is the currency of the Kingdom. God has promised to ALWAYS come through for his children: Romans 8:28 And we know that for those who love God, that is, for those who are called according to his purpose, all things are working together for good. So if that is truly the case, then the effort on our part requires us to be faithfulness even in the midst of uncertainty. Remember the story of Ananias and Sapphira (Acts 5) They lost their lives simple because of unfaithfulness, which then lead to lying to the Holy Spirit. Sin will take you further than you wanted to go, Keep you longer than you intended to stay and Cost you MORE than you were prepared to pay. So our best defense against the enemy is faithfulness. So how faithful are you living your life today? Something to think about. Parallel Business Principles How faithfulness are you being to your Reliv business?
